Camille Blunt is a public affairs consultant with Bose Public Affairs Group. As a consultant, Blunt provides grassroots lobbying, PAC management, and legislative lobbying. Education and health care are her current areas of focus, but she has experience in lobbying on behalf of various client issues. In addition, she serves the procurement needs of women- and minority-owned businesses on a state and local level, and assists clients with navigating the process to become certified minority-owned businesses and women-owned businesses. Blunt is the political events manager for the firm. In this capacity, her duties include event tracking, special event planning and contribution management. She also writes legislative updates for various clients, as well as the legislative wrap-up for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining the Bose Public Affairs team in 2002, Blunt worked with the Center Township trustee, Carl Drummer, in various capacities. Her background is in public relations, and she worked as an assistant account executive at a local public relations firm.
Blunt earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, where she majored in telecommunications and minored in public relations. While in school, she was very active in the Black Student Association, the National Association of Black Journalists, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
She is currently a member of the Ball State Alumni Association, the Governmental
Affairs Society of Indiana, the Indiana Black Expo, and the Young Professionals of
Central Indiana.
