Carolyn Elliott is a senior vice president with Bose Public Affairs Group. Involved in the political arena since 1990, she served in the government affairs section of the Indiana Health Care Association before joining Fruechtenicht & Barnett as a lobbyist. Elliott has developed an expansive understanding of a broad range of issues as well as
specialized experience in pharmaceutical; law enforcement; library; information technology; transportation; licensure; education; environment; agribusiness; economic development and health care legislation.
Elliott attended Purdue University and graduated from Indiana University with high distinction. Elliott serves on the Board of Indiana 4-H Foundation. Her other memberships include Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana; American Angus Association; Columbia Club; I.U. Alumni Association; Delta Theta Tau philanthropic sorority; Pi Beta Phi Sorority; and Friends of the Putnam County Library. Additionally, she is a patron of Putnam County Playhouse and is a former member of the Putnam County Fair Board.
