BLINZINGER JOINS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF Y-ME NATIONAL BREAST CANCER ORGANIZATION

Indianapolis, Ind. -- BoseTreacy Associates LLC is pleased to announce that vice president Don Blinzinger has joined the board of directors of the Indiana affiliate of Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization.

Blinzinger is the first man to have been invited to serve on the Indiana board of directors. Y-ME is a breast health and breast cancer resource with 10 affiliates nationwide. It supports those touched by breast cancer through peer support, educational programs, local resources and advocacy initiatives to improve healthcare quality.

Since joining the firm, Blinzinger has provided legislative and regulatory representation of utilities, banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, health care and commercial real estate clients. He has specialized experience with Indiana's regulatory process and procurement policies. Blinzinger also has provided consultation in issues management, grassroots development, political strategy and PAC management.

Additionally, Blinzinger is a member of the House Republican Campaign Committee and served as a member of the McIntosh for Governor Advisory Committee in 2000. During 2002 and 2003 he served as Chief-of-Staff to House Republican Leader Brian C. Bosma and the House Republican Caucus. He was awarded a Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Robert D. Orr in 1986. Blinzinger is a member of the Columbia Club, Indianapolis Art Museum, Indiana Historical Society, Indianapolis Press Club, Woodstock Club and the Govermental Affairs Society of Indiana. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Wabash College and a master's degree from Florida State University.
