Indianapolis, Ind. - BoseTreacy Associates LLC is pleased to announce
that Carolyn Elliott has joined the firm as a public affairs consultant.
Elliott has worked in the political arena since 1990. Before joining
BoseTreacy Associates LLC, she served in the government affairs section of the Indiana
Healthcare Association and worked as a lobbyist for Fruechtenicht &
Barnett. While working with the majority of Fruechtenicht & Barnett's
multiple clients, she developed an expansive understanding of a broad
range of issues. Among her many areas of expertise, she developed
specialized experience in pharmaceutical, law enforcement, library,
information technology, transportation, licensure, education, environment,
and health care legislation.
Elliott attended Purdue University and graduated from Indiana
University with a bachelor of arts degree with high distinction. She holds
affiliations with philanthropic sorority Delta Theta Tau, and social
sorority Pi Beta Phi, as well as the American Angus Association, the
Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana, the Columbia Club, the I.U.
Alumni Association, and Friends of the Putnam County Library.
Additionally, she is a patron of the Putnam County Playhouse and a past
member of the Putnam County Fair Board. Based in Indianapolis, Ind.,
