MILLER PROMOTED TO BoseTreacy Associates LLC

Indianapolis, Ind. - BoseTreacy Associates LLC is pleased to announce
that Andrew Miller has been promoted to senior public affairs
consultant.
As a BoseTreacy Associates LLC consultant, Miller provides clients with services on a
wide variety of issues, specializing in economic development, taxation
and environmental regulations. Additionally, he has considerable
experience in the development of political strategy, PAC management, and
grassroots lobbying.
Originally from Maryland, Miller became an intricate part of the state's
political scene after relocating to Indiana. Recruited as a campaign
manager in 2000 for the Indiana House Democratic Caucus, he successfully
managed State Representative Robert Bischoff's re-election campaign, one
of four targeted races in the state. In this capacity, he was able to
develop various campaign strategies, work closely with the local press,
and provide political insight to candidates running for local office.
Miller has continued to maintain a strong presence in politics since
joining the BoseTreacy Associates LLC team. He volunteers countless hours at the Marion
County Democratic Party and has managed several campaigns for state and
local office.
Currently residing in Indianapolis, Miller earned his undergraduate
degree from Frostburg State University and served a one-year commission
as a member of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents.
During his tenure on the board, he was a member of the Education Policy
and Advancement Committees.
