Bose Public Affairs Group Names Two New Principals
Bose Public Affairs Group LLC is proud to announce James Brown and Trenton Hahn as principals of the government affairs and strategic communications firm. Brown and Hahn both previously served as senior vice presidents.

Since James Brown joined Bose Public Affairs Group in 2011, he has been focused on providing clients federal relations services from the firm’s office in Washington, D.C. A nuclear engineer by training, Brown leads several STEM initiatives for clients throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, he was director for advocacy in the American Chemical Society’s Office of Public Affairs.
Hahn, who joined the firm in 2010, represents a wide variety of clients before the legislative, executive and administrative branches of Indiana government with a focus on insurance policy. He is the executive director and counsel to the Association of Indiana Life Insurance Companies, a trade association representing numerous life insurance companies.
Hahn is also a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP where he is co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Group and a member of the Business Services Group. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana and the Association of Life Insurance Counsel.
