Caroline Alexander is the director of federal relations at Bose Public Affairs Group in Washington, D.C. Alexander directs a variety of projects for the firm’s federal clients in energy, health, and technology, including nonprofit associations, advocacy coalitions, and private-sector companies. She works closely with clients to represent their needs before Congress and federal agencies, coordinates long-term public affairs strategies, and manages grassroots advocacy and communications initiatives in support of clients’ policy goals. Alexander works in conjunction with BPAG’s government relations and strategic communications practices to manage federal policy-related activities within the D.C. office.

Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group, Alexander worked in McGill University’s Office of University Advancement providing communications assistance for university officials and alumni groups. She also interned with the Department of State at the U.S. Consulate General in Calgary, Alberta.

Education

Alexander graduated from McGill University in Montreal, QC, with degrees in international development and Russian studies. A Fulbright Russia awardee, Caroline speaks French, Russian, and Spanish.
