Senior Vice President, Federal Relations
Patricia Power represents corporations, local and tribal governments, and universities before Congress and the Administration, including the Departments of the Defense, Interior, Agriculture, Energy, HUD, and the Environmental Protection Agency, on a broad range of topics, with a focus on environmental, energy, and natural resource issues. Power works with her clients to create effective strategies designed to efficiently solve their problems and meet their goals.
Prior to establishing her practice, she served in the Office of Senator John Heinz (R-PA) as a legislative assistant for environmental and energy issues. Power also worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Water and Office of Legislation as an attorney-advisor, drafting legislation and regulations affecting the Clean Air Water Act implementation and toxic tort studies required under Superfund, and as a consultant to EPA on solid and hazardous waste regulations. Power is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.
Power graduated from American University, Washington College of Law. She holds a B.A. in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University.
